Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Beitrag wird ausgehend von der Vision für „Conversational Artificial Intelligence“ ein konkretes Fallbeispiel dargestellt, welchen Herausforderungen sich Destinationen in Hinblick auf verändertes Konsumentenverhalten und damit auch ein sich massiv veränderndes Kommunikationsverhalten stellen müssen. Am Beispiel des Skiverbundes Dolomiti Superski wird gezeigt, welche Anforderungen an ein modernes digitales Destinationsmanagement gestellt werden, welche konkreten Anwendungsfälle abgebildet werden und wie diese Anwendungsfälle über einen Chatbot realisiert werden können.
