Digitalisierung von Gästekarten in Destinationen – Eine systematische Analyse auf Basis der Programmtheorie

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Es gibt nur wenige Studien, die sich explizit mit der Digitalisierung von touristischen Gästekarten beschäftigen. Auch eine systematische Analyse sowie ein Überblick der wesentlichen Charakteristika und Erfolgsfaktoren von touristischen Gästekarten im Allgemeinen fehlen bislang. In diesem Beitrag werden Gästekarten von Destinationen unter dem Blickwinkel der Programmtheorie analysiert. Der vorgegebene taxonomische Rahmen wird mit den Angaben aus bestehenden Studien und Untersuchungen zu Gästekartenprogrammen in Destinationen gefüllt. Dabei wird zunächst allgemein das Destinations-Gästekartenprogramm betrachtet. Im Anschluss wird untersucht, inwieweit die Digitalisierung zur Veränderung bzw. Optimierung der einzelnen Programmkomponenten beitragen kann. Die Untersuchung erfolgt aus der Destinationsperspektive.
