Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die digitale Transformation stellt Unternehmen über alle Tourismusbranchen hinweg auf eine harte Probe. Digitalisierung und Künstliche Intelligenz sind einerseits Top-Themen in zahlreichen touristischen Branchen, andererseits zeigen viele Studien, dass das Thema Digital Leadership in der Praxis vielfach nicht hinreichend konzeptionell, inhaltlich und organisatorisch verankert ist. In den Interviews mit Top-Führungskräften aus verschiedenen Bereichen der Tourismusindustrie werden die besonderen Führungs-, Organisations- und Vermarktungsaspekte digitaler Transformations- und Leadershipprozesse aus den jeweiligen Blickwinkeln der touristischen Teilbranchen und Akteure analysiert und diskutiert.
