Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Beitrag wird anhand des Einsatzes am Dannenröder Forst die Bedeutung der Einsatzkommunikation bei Versammlungslagen beleuchtet. Dabei wird zunächst dargestellt, welche neuen Anforderungen sich an die polizeiliche Kommunikation durch die Nutzung sozialer Medien im Rahmen von Protesten ergeben. Darauffolgend wird die Bedeutung taktischer Kommunikation im Einsatz anhand verschiedener theoretischer Ansätze sowie praktischer Beispiele hervorgehoben. Im nächsten Abschnitt werden deren Ziele, die konkrete Anwendung und Methoden beschrieben. Dabei werden abschließend einige Herausforderungen aufgezeigt, die sich im Kontext des Protests 2.0 (mediale Verbreitung realen Protests im virtuellen Raum) ergeben. Die Autoren kommen darauf aufbauend zu der Schlussfolgerung, dass Einsatzkommunikation als kommunikative Gesamtstrategie verstanden und praktisch umgesetzt werden muss, um die Vielzahl kommunikativer Herausforderungen professionell bewältigen zu können.
