Abstract

Zusammenfassung Alle reden über Diversität, viele leben sie und immer mehr Unternehmen nutzen dieses Thema zur Selbstdarstellung und -positionierung im Rahmen interner und/oder externer Kommunikation. Wie aber steht die Bevölkerung Deutschlands zu Vielfalt und Vielfältigkeit? In diesem Beitrag wird anhand einer repräsentativen Studie die Einstellung der deutschen Bevölkerung hierzu detailliert beleuchtet und hinterfragt.
