Abstract

Zusammenfassung Obwohl Afrika von der Covid 19-Krise stark betroffen ist, scheint die zuletzt positive Entwicklung nachhaltig zu sein. Die Governance-Struktur verbessert sich weiter, und im Jahre 2021 und danach wird eine wirtschaftliche Erholung und ein Fortsetzen des Wachstumspfades erwartet. Die Bundesregeirung kann diesen Prozess mit einer stärkeren Fokussierung auf die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung unterstützen, zum Beispiel durch umfassendere Investitionsförderung.
