Abstract

Zusammenfassung Bilder von hungernden Kindern und erschöpften Frauen prägen immer noch das Afrika-Bild in Deutschland. Dabei bringt der Kontinent eine Vielzahl mutiger, einfallsreicher und innovativer Unternehmer hervor. Die Art, wie sie ihre Unternehmen entwickeln, unterscheidet sich in vielen Punkten von Gründern in Europa. Sie lernen, mit einer maroden Infrastruktur und anderen Widrigkeiten umzugehen. Davon können auch Unternehmer im Norden lernen.
