Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das vierte Kapitel beinhaltet die Umsetzung des in der Methodik beschriebenen Mixed-Methods Approach, also die Kombination von quantitativen und qualitativen Verfahren zur Sicherung einer möglichst validen Datenbasis. Kapitel vier umfasst den gesamten empirischen Teil der Untersuchung, bestehend aus Experimenten, Umfragen und Interviews. Im ersten Schritt zeigt dieses Kapitel die verschiedenen Ergebnisse aus den Pre- und Pilot-Tests auf.
