Abstract

Zusammenfassung Willkommen zurück. Viele Texter kennen den Unterschied zwischen E-Mailing und Newsletter nicht mehr. Sie sprechen von E-Mailing, obwohl sie Newsletter meinen. Das ist aus technischer Sicht nachvollziehbar: Denn der Newsletter wird meist nicht mehr gedruckt, sondern als E-Mail versendet. Betrachtet man E-Mailing und Newsletter für sich allein, dann handelt es sich um zwei ganz unterschiedliche Textsorten. Zuerst sprechen wir über das E-Mailing, im nächsten Kapitel über den Newsletter. Auf die Plätze, fertig, Betreffzeile. Hier der Inhalt: 1.) Grundsatzfragen für Brief und E-Mailing. 2.)
