Abstract

Zusammenfassung Innovationstransfer findet in vielfältiger Weise und in verschiedenen Transferrichtungen statt. Ein möglicher Weg ist der Transfer von innovativen Lösungen durch die Digitalisierung in einem bestehenden Markt. Dies kann grundsätzlich auch im primären Gesundheitsmarkt stattfinden. Das Gesundheitswesen ist in seiner jetzigen Struktur, aufgrund der demographischen Veränderung und dem damit einhergehenden Schwund auf der Einnahmenseite bei gleichzeitigem Anwachsen der Ausgabenseite, stark reformbedürftig. Digitale Innovationen können einen Beitrag leisten, die Versorgung zu verbessern und Kosten zu senken. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Industrien ist das Gesundheitswesen jedoch einer besonderen Vielzahl an Regulationen unterlegen und zeichnet sich durch ein komplexes Geflecht von Leistungsträgern und Leistungserbringern aus. Hieraus ergeben sich Chancen wie Hürden für den Transfer von Innovation im Allgemeinen sowie die Digitalisierung im Speziellen. Am Beispiel der digitalen Nachsorge in der Rehabilitation wird dies in diesem Kapitel aufgezeigt.
