Abstract

Zusammenfassung Patchwork – was bedeutet eigentlich Patchwork? Damit beschäftigt sich dieses erste Kapitel als Warmup zur Perspektive PatchWork. Ist Patchwork ein Verlust oder ein Gewinn? Ist die Naht ein trennendes oder verbindendes Element? Um diese Fragen zu reflektieren, wird ein Blick auf gesellschaftliche Entwicklungen geworfen, aus unterschiedlichen Perspektiven, mit unterschiedlichen Brillen der Gesellschaft, erste persönlichen Einblicke aus einer Patchwork-Familie sind hierbei integriert. Wie verändern sich aktuell unsere Werte, unsere Kultur, unser Zusammenleben und natürlich auch unser Zusammenarbeiten? Tanja Eggers lädt zu einem Perspektivwechsel ein, denn Patchwork ist mehr als der Familienkontext. In Patchwork stecken immer auch Elemente der Organisationsentwicklung, unabhängig davon, ob wir die Privatwelt oder die Organisationswelt betrachten. Es geht sowohl um ganzheitliche Lebensmodelle und das Wahrnehmen und Verbinden von Perspektiven, Meinungen, Erfahrungen als auch um den Transfer der Erfahrungen aus der Privatwelt auf die Organisationswelt mit Abstrahleffekten auf die Unternehmenskultur.
