Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Fachbeitrag zur institutionellen ambulanten ärztlichen Versorgung gibt einen Gesamtüberblick über aktuelle Fragestellungen und Entwicklungen im ambulanten Sektor. In dem Beitrag erhält der Leser zu Beginn einen Überblick über die verschiedenen ambulanten Versorgungsformen sowie deren aktuelle Entwicklungen inklusive der Vor- und Nachteile in den einzelnen Betriebsmodellen. Am Beispiel eines größeren Medizinischen Versorgungszentrums (MVZ) mit direkter Anbindung an eine Klinik der Grund- und Allgemeinversorgung wird ein innovatives, intersektorales Betreibermodell inklusive der Erfolgsfaktoren dargestellt. Abschließend werden offene und zukünftige Fragestellungen zur ambulanten Versorgung diskutiert und mögliche Entwicklungen in Aussicht gestellt.
