Abstract

Zusammenfassung Nach der Öffnung für ein ambivalentes Denken ist dies nun ein Schritt, neue Sichtweisen selbst zu finden. Die Tür ist auf, gehen wir hinein. Drei einfach klingende, aber sehr wirkungsvolle Methoden können immer eingesetzt werden, um Gedankengänge auszuweiten, und das heißt jeweils „zu vervollständigen“. Die erste Methode ist die Befolgung der UND-Regel: Immer auch weitere Sichtweisen klären und niemals mit einem ausschließenden ODER zufrieden sein. Einen weiteren Anstoß gibt der zweite Schritt, das Umdrehen. Also immer auch die Kehrseite bedenken, was könnten beispielsweise die Nachteile der Vorteile sein. Die dritte Regel fordert die Veränderung des Bezugspunktes, vor allem das Hineinversetzen in andere Positionen, in ein Gegenüber, in eine andere Zeit und so fort.
