Abstract

Zusammenfassung Neue Technologien stellen Organisationen vor neue Herausforderungen und erhöhen den Veränderungsdruck. Um in Zeiten des stetigen Wandels erfolgreich zu sein, müssen B2B-Unternehmen neben der Datenstrategie die Definition von Erfolg und die Organisationsstruktur kritisch hinterfragen und kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln. Die Fähigkeit, eine sich wiederholende Transformation auf allen organisatorischen Ebenen durchzuführen, wird unabdingbar. In diesem Kapitel erfährst du, welches die drei Grundpfeiler einer erfolgreichen Datenstrategie sind, warum Datensilos unbedingt zu vermeiden sind und welche KPIs du im Auge behalten solltest. Zudem zeigen wir dir, wie du deine Organisationsstruktur anpassen musst, um auch in Zukunft die besten Talente für dein Unternehmen gewinnen zu können.
