Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im Hinblick auf weitere wertvolle Anregungen und das im Kapitel PHASEN DER STRATEGIEENTWICKLUNG illustrierte Benchmarking zur Ermittlung geeigneter Suchfelder für die eigene Innovationstätigkeit gewährt das folgende und letzte Kapitel dieser Arbeit einen anwendungsbezogenen Einblick in die Innovationpraxis erfolgreicher gastgewerblicher Innovatoren. Hierzu wurden namhafte Unternehmer aus den Bereichen Hotellerie, Gastronomie, Beratung, Onlinemarketing sowie Architektur zum Thema Innovationsmanagement befragt.
