Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die erste Gruppe der medizinisch und wirtschaftlich analysierten Schwerpunkte der Forschungspipelines umfasst die in erster Linie auf technischem Fortschritt basierenden zukunftsträchtigen Gebiete der personalisierten Medizin, von E-Health und der Pharmatechnologie. Anschließend daran werden die Möglichkeiten und Aussichten der Behandlung mit konjugierten monoklonalen Antikörpern und das immer mehr an Bedeutung gewinnende Gebiet der Gendiagnostik und -therapie detailliert dargestellt. Angefügt ist in Folge eine Beschreibung des Gebietes der Zell- und Immunbehandlung und deren zukünftige Möglichkeiten. Das Kapitel Vakzine beinhaltet vornehmlich eine ausführliche Darstellung der Entwicklung und wirtschaftlichen Bedeutung der Covid-19 Impfstoffe. Den Abschluss bildet das Problem der geringen Antibiotikaentwicklung und -erzeugung.
