Abstract

Zusammenfassung Externe Rahmenbedingungen, steigende Leistungsnachfrage und Rationalisierungsdruck erfordern eine strategische Neuausrichtung sowie Reorganisation der ambulanten Versorgungsstrukturen in Krankenhäusern. Die Grundlage für die Reorganisation bildet ein aufgestelltes mehrdimensionales Vorgehensmodell, das nicht nur aus Phasen der Ist-Analyse und Ist-Prozessmodellierung besteht, sondern auch Ziele und Rahmenbedingungen umfasst und darüber hinaus die Soll-Konzeption und Soll-Prozessmodellierung sowie die Umsetzung und das Change-Management. Der Schwerpunkt liegt dabei auf der Prozessoptimierung durch Digitalisierungsmaßnahmen im administrativen Bereich in Hinblick auf Wirtschaftlichkeit, Zeit, Qualität sowie Mitarbeiter- und Patientenzufriedenheit. Neben der BPMN-Prozessmodellierung steht das Thema Change-Management im Fokus, da dies eine entscheidende Rolle bei der erfolgreichen und nachhaltigen Umsetzung der innovativen Reorganisationsmaßnahmen einnimmt.
