Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Vision, Weltmarktführer für digitalen Journalismus und für Rubrikenangebote zu werden, ordnet der Axel Springer Konzern konsequent seine Aktivitäten unter: Zum einen wird im Rahmen des Change-Prozesses immer wieder die Kapitalstruktur verändert, zum anderen erfolgen Desinvestitionen aus Geschäftsfeldern, die nicht zur Zielerreichung beitragen. Vor allem aber verfolgt Springer eine diversifizierte Wachstumsstrategie im Online-Bereich mit internen und externen Investitionen in das digitale nationale und internationale Portfolio.
