Abstract

Zusammenfassung In jeder agilen Transformation muss mit Herausforderungen gerechnet werden. Die Befähigung und Präsenz des Managements sowie die Etablierung angemessener Steuerungsmechanismen spielen bei der Handhabung derselben eine wesentliche Rolle. Daneben muss über die notwendige Konsequenz eine korrekte Umsetzung der agilen Prinzipien sichergestellt werden, um Etikettenschwindel und Schein-Agilität zu vermeiden. Dies kann über die Berücksichtigung verschiedener Mechanismen umgesetzt werden, um schließlich den Erfolg der Transformation zu feiern und Bruchlandungen zu verhindern.
