Abstract

Zusammenfassung In den vorangegangenen Texten und Ausführungen wurden die theoretischen und wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnisse zu den Themen Innovationsfähigkeit, Innovationsindikatoren und zur regionalen Innovationskompetenz dargestellt. In dem nun folgenden Kapitel werden ganz praktische Ansätze beschrieben, wie Innovationskompetenz unterstützt und gefördert werden kann. Erprobt und durchgeführt wurden solche Maßnahmen im Projekt Enabling Innovation Münsterland im Zeitraum der Umsetzungsphase. Dabei lassen sich die Maßnahmen in drei wesentliche Kategorien unterteilen, die gleichsam in ähnlichen Regionen anwendbar sind. Zusammengefasst bilden diese das Transferkonzept: Event/Netzwerk, Toolbox und Fokusprojekte, siehe Abb. 3.1.
