Abstract

Zusammenfassung Bei Lehrveranstaltungen mit einer großen Zahl an Studierenden stellen besonders kooperative Lernszenarien wie Gruppenarbeiten Lehrende häufig vor zahlreiche Herausforderungen. Erschwert wird dieses Setting zusätzlich, wenn Gruppenarbeiten in der synchronen oder asynchronen Online-Lehre durchgeführt werden sollen. Daher richtet der vorliegende Beitrag seinen Fokus auf die Alltagspraxis von Lehrenden und beschäftigt sich mit der Frage, wie Gruppenarbeiten mit vielen Studierenden in der Online-Lehre effektiv umgesetzt werden können. Entlang der Durchführung von Gruppenarbeiten – von der Initiierung und Gruppenbildung über die Gestaltung des Arbeitsauftrags, die Betreuung und Kommunikation der Gruppen während der Arbeitsphase bis hin zur abschließenden Ergebnissicherung greift der Beitrag eine Vielzahl praktischer Herausforderungen aus dem Lehralltag auf und gibt erprobte Handlungsempfehlungen für jede Phase der virtuellen Gruppenarbeit.
