Abstract

Zusammenfassung Durch die Corona-Pandemie waren bei der Siemens AG ab Frühjahr 2020 weltweit keine Präsenztrainingsveranstaltungen mehr möglich. Dadurch war der Learning & Development-Bereich des Unternehmens gefordert, schnell virtuelle Alternativen anbieten zu können. Dies galt besonders bei zentralen Angeboten, den sogenannten „Core Learning Programme“, die Qualifizierungsbedarf in strategisch wichtigen Bereichen abdecken. In diesem Artikel werden der Prozess und wichtige Faktoren für eine schnelle und erfolgreiche Virtualisierung der global durchgeführten Programme im Bereich Führungskräfteentwicklung, die sogenannten People and Business Management Programme, beschrieben.
