Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im Beitrag „Learning Change – Auf dem Weg zur Lernenden Organisation“ zeigen die Autoren, wie sich aufgrund beschleunigter technologischer Veränderungsprozesse Kompetenzanforderungen an Mitarbeiter und Strukturanforderungen an Organisationen in Zukunft grundlegend verändern werden. Future Skills, also ein gänzlich neues Set an Kompetenzen, und die Fähigkeit zum selbstorganisierten Lernen, ja generell zur Selbstorganisation, werden zu einer Existenzfrage für das Bestehen moderner Organisationen. Die Autoren gehen dabei insbesondere der Frage nach, wie die Funktionalitäten moderner Lerntechnologien, so genannter Learning Experience Systeme, den Wandel zur Selbstorganisation entscheidend befördern können. Abschließend werden die idealtypischen Phasen dargestellt, in denen sich der Wandel zur Lernenden Organisation als dynamisches, sich dauerhaft selbst erneuerndes System vollziehen kann.
