Abstract

Zusammenfassung Vorliegender Bericht aus der Unternehmenspraxis referiert primär auf internationalem Erfahrungswissen der ICUnet.Group sowie deren digitalen Lernplattform Learnhub (learnhub.icunet.group) mit der Intention zu vermitteln, wie ein E-Learning-Erlebnis im interkulturellen, globalen Kontext geschaffen werden kann. Diverse kulturelle Präferenzen und Lernspezifika erfordern die Berücksichtigung des Faktors Kultur in E-Learnings und somit interkulturelles Know-how. Mittels selektiver Beispiele werden kulturelle Einflüsse thematisiert und ein prägnanter Überblick darüber gegeben, wie digitale Lerninhalte kultursensibel für globale Zielgruppen gestaltet werden können. Durch einen methodischen Werkzeugkasten mit potenziellen Style- & Contentempfehlungen werden essenzielle Tipps für die Entwicklung von E-Learnings mit internationalem Fokus gegeben und im Anschluss anhand von einem exemplarischen Onlinekurs veranschaulicht, der von ICUnets Learnhub und einem interkulturellen Expertenteam maßgeschneidert entwickelt wurde.
