Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Gesundheit avanciert aus einer marktstrategischen Perpsektive zunehmend zu einer Dienstleistung, die von Expertenorganisationen erbracht wird. Einhergehend mit der Digitalisierung im Gesundheitswesen gewinnen Dienstleistungsplattformen verstärkt an Relevanz, weil diese eine Many-2-Many-Kommunikation unterstützen und dabei heterogene Akteure wertschöpfungsrelevant verzahnen. Die Gesundheit verlagert sich auf diese Weise – über die elektronische Fall-Akte hinausgehend – in digitale Räume. Gesundheitsplattformen repräsentieren im hier verstandenen Sinne analog zu Amazon, Alibaba oder Facebook Multi-Agenten-Landschaften, deren genuine Wertschöpfungsleistung in der Informations- und Entscheidungsveredelung besteht.
