Abstract

Zusammenfassung Digitalisierung verändert die Arbeitswelt bereits massiv. Industrie 4.0 und Dienstleistung 4.0 brauchen sowohl in Organisation, Prozessen und auch im Führungsverständnis neue Ansätze. Dazu müssen Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter umfassend qualifiziert werden – wollen die Unternehmen nicht den Anschluss verpassen und Tausende von Jobs gefährden. Tätigkeiten ändern sich radikal und entsprechend die Kompetenzprofile. Besonders gefordert sind die Führungskräfte. Geschwindigkeit wird ein zentraler Erfolgsfaktor. Dieser innerorganisatorische Wandel passiert nicht von alleine. Unternehmen müssen diesen gezielt gestalten, wollen sie nicht als Dinos enden.
