Abstract

Zusammenfassung Spätestens nach der Jahrestagung 2019 der Internationalen Anwaltskammer ist der Hype um Künstliche Intelligenz selbst in den entlegensten Ecken der Juristenwelt angekommen. Trotzdem sind Anwälte in der Regel Technologie im Allgemeinen, und insbesondere künstlicher Intelligenz gegenüber negativ eingestellt; diese Negativität hatte kaum positiven Einfluss auf die digitale Transformation und die Einführung von Technologien. Wir glauben, dass der Schlüssel zum Erfolg darin liegt, die Sprache der Juristen zu sprechen. Dieser Artikel bringt den Lesern die Welt der KI im Kontext von juristischer Arbeit unter anderem mittels praktischen Anwendungsbeispielen von AI näher. Denn KI wird die Arbeit von Anwälten nicht vollständig übernehmen. Dennoch hat KI eine enorme Transformationskraft für den Berufsstand und diese Technologie ist ein wichtiger Wegbereiter für eine bessere, vielleicht sogar menschlichere Praxis.
