Abstract

Zusammenfassung Jeglicher Einsatz von UAS wird von rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen geregelt, aus denen sich praktische Hindernisse für den spezifischen wie auch für den allgemeinen Flugbetrieb ergeben. Dabei werden die besonderen Anforderungen von UAS-Einsätzen kaum berücksichtigt, zudem errichten diese Regelungen wesentliche Barrieren für die Innovationsadoption, zumal sie nicht mit der technischen Entwicklung Schritt halten (können).
