Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die moderne Massenmobilität gerät an ihre Grenzen und neue Mobilitätsarten und -muster entstehen. Dieser Innovationsschub wirkt sich auch auf Städte, Quartiere und Immobilien aus. Zur Untersuchung dieser Einflüsse und deren Auswirkungen auf die Immobilienwirtschaft wurde eine quantitative Marktstudie lanciert, in der Vertreter der Generation Z und Experten der Immobilienwirtschaft befragt wurden. Die Analyse zeigt, dass sich sowohl Gebäudestrukturen als auch die Attraktivität einzelner Regionen wandeln werden. Zur Bewältigung dieses Transformationsprozesses werden Handlungspfade vorgestellt, die Unternehmen helfen, Chancen zu erkennen und Fehlinvestitionen zu vermeiden.
