Abstract

Crisis managementCrisis management mostly is understood either as a communication issue or as an action plan in the event of a crisis. In this chapter, I present the third variant: You can creatively prepare for potential crises with the help of the tools already presented because crises—even completely unexpected pandemicsPandemics—are nothing more than a special form of the future for which you can prepare with good future scenariosFuture scenarios.
