Abstract

Zusammenfassung InMigrationspolitik denIntegrationZuwanderer letzten zwei Jahrzehnten haben Wanderungsbewegungen merklich auf die Bevölkerungsstruktur in Europa eingewirkt. Zunächst hat die Personenfreizügigkeit in der EU in Verbindung mit der Osterweiterung eine Bewegung von Ost nach West eingeleitet. Ab 2015 kam es zu einer massiven Zuwanderung aus Drittländern, für die es in der Union zu wenige Aufnahmekapazitäten gab. In der Bevölkerung hat sich eine Abwehrhaltung entwickelt, die von nationalistischen Populisten genützt und verstärkt wurde. Die folgenden Abschnitte widmen sich zunächst der Einstellung der Bevölkerung in Europa zur Einwanderung und behandeln dann die tatsächlichen und möglichen Maßnahmen im Rahmen der Migrationspolitik. Daran schließt eine Diskussion der Politik zur Integration von Zuwanderern im Zielland.
