Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel befassen wir uns mit der Quantitativen und Qualitativen Personalplanung als Ausgangspunkt des Human Potential Managements. Dabei wird die Human-Potential-Management-Praxis und Führungspraxis inklusive der Rollen, Aufgaben und Instrumente eingehend beleuchtet. Das Thema der Personalplanung wird durch Praxisbeispiele [den Funktionsbeschreibungen für Assistenz und Operative Führung] sowie durch die Darstellung eines Modell-Projektablaufs zur Erstellung von Funktions- und Stellenbeschreibungen vertieft. Die Personalplanung in Change- und Transformationsprozessen sowie in Kleinbetrieben runden das Kapitel ab.
