Anwendung der Aktivitätsanalyse zur effizienten Produktion von Dienstleistungen

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Beitrag legt die Leistungsfähigkeit der Aktivitätsanalyse in ihrer Anwendung zur effizienten Produktion von Dienstleistungen dar. Ausgehend von Defiziten in der Mehrwerttheorie von Dienstleistungen wird gezeigt, wie diese Schwächen mittels der Aktivitätsanalyse ausgeräumt werden können. Es wird gezeigt, dass Input-Output-Kombinationen als Aktivitäten der Dienstleistungsproduktion mengenmäßig beschrieben werden können und die Aktivitätsanalyse als integratives Instrument der Wirtschaftlichkeitsuntersuchung auch von Dienstleistungen fruchtbar gemacht werden kann. Anhand von Beispielen – vom klassischen Fall der Transportplanung über Modelle zur Hochschulplanung, Anwendungen im Gesundheits- oder Finanzwesen und für Theateraufführungen – wird die Entwicklung der Aktivitätsanalyse in der betriebswirtschaftlichen Diskussion nachgezeichnet.
