Abstract

Zusammenfassung Als sie 2016 ihren ersten Michelin-Stern bekam, war Julia Komp die jüngste Sterneköchin Deutschlands. Das Geheimnis ihres Erfolgs liegt in ihrer Leidenschaft zum Kochen, dem feinen Gespür für Aromen und ihrer Neugier auf fremde Geschmäcker und neue Gewürze. Auf der Suche nach raffinierten Kreationen ist sie weltweit unterwegs und hat u. a. auch schon für die Deutsche Botschaft in Sri Lanka gekocht. Ihre Ziele sind ambitioniert und in ihrer Vision greift sie schon nach dem nächsten Stern.
