Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ein guter Ruf ist schnell zerstört und langsam wieder aufgebaut. Dass es ohne Reputation nicht geht, wie man sie aufbaut und dann letztlich auch geschickt einsetzen kann, belegt eindrucksvoll das Beispiel Uli Hoeneß in Abschn. 8.1. In Abschn. 8.2 zeigt ein fiktives Krisenszenario in zwei Versionen, wie eine Krise eskalieren und wie man sie (idealtypisch) de-eskalieren kann, wenn man alles richtig macht. Weitere Beispiele zeigen, wie Krisenkommunikation richtig geht.
