Abstract

Zusammenfassung Personalmarketing ist sicherlich eines der dominanten strategischen Personalmanagementthemen der kommenden Jahre. Nach der Kienbaum HR-Trendstudie 2010 halten 99 % der 194 befragten HR-Manager das Thema für wichtig im Jahr 2015, davon 81 % sogar für sehr wichtig. Diese zukünftige Bedeutung liegt deutlich über der heutigen Relevanz (65 % wichtig und 24 % sehr wichtig).
