Abstract

Zusammenfassung Chatbots sind Software-Roboter, mit denen über natürliche Sprache kommuniziert werden kann. Die meisten Chatbots kommunizieren per Text und ihre Fähigkeiten beschränken sich oft darauf, auf entsprechende Schlüsselworte vorab geskriptete Antworten zu geben. Mit zunehmender Fähigkeit des Natural Language Processing und der Verknüpfung von Services, die über Bots gesteuert werden können, werden Voicebots immer populärer. Mit ihnen kann einfach gesprochen werden. In der Mensch-Maschine-Interaktion wird Voice wahrscheinlich das User Interface Nummer Eins! Die Zuweisung von geschlechtsspezifischen Namen, Stimmen und Rollen der Bots reproduziert dabei die gewohnten gesellschaftlichen und geschlechtsspezifischen Stereotypen und Vorurteile in die digitale Bot-Kommunikation.
