Abstract

Zusammenfassung Vor dem Hintergrund der Sicherstellung und Entwicklung der Ausbildungsqualität bedarf es neben der funktionalen Verankerung des Ausbildenden auch einer inhaltlichen Auseinandersetzung mit den Ordnungsmittel (u. a. Ausbildungsordnung). Im Diskurs wird deutlich, dass diese eher als Teil eines komplexen Erwerbsprozesses von beruflicher Handlungskompetenz zu verstehen sind und IT-/prozessspezifische Inhalte (graue Ordnungen) im besonderen Maße bedeutsam scheinen. Unter Einbeziehung des ‚elektronische Ausbildungsnachweis‘ lassen sich Potenzial vermuten, die durch eine systematische Aufbereitung (Handreichungen) einen Beitrag zur Steigerung der Ausbildungsqualität leisten. Gleichermaßen lassen die konzeptionellen Überlegungen Potenziale für die empirisch gestützte Ordnungsarbeit vermuten.
