Abstract

Zusammenfassung Mit einer Kriegerin assoziieren wir eine starke und furchtlose Persönlichkeit. Sie weiß, dass es im Leben immer wieder Kämpfe zu bestreiten gilt und stellt sich diesen mutig. Eine Kriegerin zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass sie zwar mit ihrem Stamm oder Volk in die Schlacht zieht, jedoch im Zweikampf auf sich alleine gestellt ist. Durch dieses Alleinsein oder All-eins-sein bezieht sie ihre wahre Stärke. Durch ihre Besinnung auf sich selbst, kennt und schätzt die Kriegerin ihre Emotionen und Gefühle. Durch die Annahme ihrer Emotionalität gelingt es ihr, sich nicht von ihren Gefühlen überrumpeln zu lassen und im Affekt falsch sowie folgenreich zu handeln. In diesem Kapitel werden wir u. a. lernen, wie auch wir die Persönlichkeitsanteile einer Kriegerin in uns evozieren und emotionale Stärke erlangen können.
