Abstract

Zusammenfassung Es gibt nichts Gutes, außer man tut es. An einem Übungsszenario werden Handlungsoptionen im Umgang mit einem Compliance-Verstoß auf der mittleren Führungsebene, bei möglicher Befangenheit eines Vorstands und unter medialer Beobachtung, geschildert: Von der Zusammensetzung des Krisenstabs bis hin zur internen und externen Kommunikation im gesamten (Ermittlungs-)Prozess. Dabei geht es vor allem darum, durch die richtigen Abläufe und Zuständigkeiten und auf Basis einer szenariobasierten Herangehensweise in jeder denkbaren Lage präventiv handlungsfähig zu werden – und zu blieben.
