Abstract

Zusammenfassung Familienunternehmen bevorzugen Familienmitglieder als Nachfolger*innen. Dies kann jedoch auf Grund von demografischem Wandel, veränderten Bedürfnissen der nachfolgenden Generation, sowie gesellschaftlichen Veränderungen nicht immer gewährleistet und realisiert werden. Zudem ist nicht jedes Familienmitglied auch geeignet und gewillt ein Familienunternehmen zu übernehmen. Der Beitrag widmet sich der Auswahl von Unternehmensnachfolger*innen aus unterschiedlichen Perspektiven und bietet Modelle, sowie mögliche Checklisten für den Auswahlprozess an.
