Abstract

Zusammenfassung Auch für kleine und mittlere Unternehmen ist ein frühzeitiges Befassen mit steuerlichen Rahmenbedingungen von großer Bedeutung, da häufig nur vor Verwirklichung der entsprechenden Sachverhalte eine steuerliche Optimierung erfolgen kann und die Umsetzung steuerlicher Vorgaben – z. B. in Bezug auf die Kassenführung – möglich ist. Zentral sind hierbei Aspekte wie Rechtsformwahl, umsatzsteuerliche Optimierung durch die Kleinunternehmerregelung oder Kfz-Nutzung. Auch bei Unternehmenskrisen sind steuerliche Regelungen relevant – wie etwa die Frage der Verlustnutzung in anderen Veranlagungszeiträumen. Diese und weitere zentrale Aspekte werden im Rahmen des Beitrags beleuchtet und sollen kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen Anregungen für Gespräche mit dem Steuerberater bieten.
