Abstract

Zusammenfassung In Kap. 3 wurde vorgestellt, welche Prozesse sich generell und welche sich speziell im Controlling & Rechnungswesen für RPA eignen. Viele Unternehmen starten die Einführung von RPA im Controlling & Rechnungswesen, da Finanzprozesse in der Regel weitgehend standardisiert, gut dokumentiert (oft aus regulatorischen Gründen) und Verantwortlichkeiten sowie Rollen klar geregelt sind. Daher verwundert es auch wenig, dass laut einer aktueller Studie bereits mehr als 30 % der befragten Unternehmen RPA im Rechnungswesen eingeführt haben oder das planen (Vgl. KPMG 2020, S. 14).Im Folgenden werden daher Anwendungsbeispiele für RPA im Controlling & Rechnungswesen aus der Praxis vorgestellt.
