Abstract

Zusammenfassung Zahlreiche Unternehmen setzen bereits RPA zur Automatisierung verschiedener Prozesse ein. Seit wann sie RPA im Einsatz haben, in welchem Umfang oder für welche Prozesse ist neben zahlreichen anderen Fragen Bestandteil einer (internationalen) empirischen Studie, die an der Hochschule München durchgeführt wurde. Hierzu wurden Ende des Jahres 2020 RPA-Experten aus mehr als 100 Unternehmen befragt, die RPA bereits eingeführt haben. Das vorliegende Kapitel stellt zentrale Ergebnisse daraus vor.
