Abstract

Zusammenfassung RPA ist ein Software-Programm, mit der (Software-)Roboter programmiert werden können. Roboter sind in der Lage, ganze Geschäftsprozesse oder einzelne Prozessschritte daraus selbstständig automatisiert durchzuführen. Hierbei interagiert der Roboter mit den am Prozess beteiligten Systemen bzw. Applikationen und ahmt dabei die menschliche Benutzerinteraktion im Prozess nach. Effizienzgewinne entstehen unter anderem dadurch, dass der Roboter schneller, fehlerfrei und durchgehend arbeiten kann.
