Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Beitrag erfahren Sie, wie menschliche und künstliche Intelligenz (KI) so interagieren können, dass effektivere, schnellere und rationalere Entscheidungen getroffen werden. Das Siemens Companion-Programm setzt darauf, dass KI als lernendes System die Menschen dabei unterstützt, objektivere Entscheidungen auf Basis von Daten und Fakten zu treffen. Die Applikationen machen Vorschläge für Mitarbeiter im strategischen Einkauf und lernen anhand menschlicher Entscheidungen. Aus dem komplementären Zusammenspiel von Mensch und Maschine (Augmented Intelligence) erwächst ein unternehmerischer Wettbewerbsvorteil. Im Folgenden erfahren Sie mehr über Hintergründe, Planung und Umsetzung des Konzeptes. Außerdem spiegelt der Beitrag praxisnah wider, welche drei unterschiedlichen Arten von präskriptiven Companion-Lösungen es gibt, welche konkreten Anwendungsbeispiele bei Siemens bereits erfolgreich umgesetzt wurden und welche Stolpersteine bei der Implementierung im Unternehmen zu erwarten sind und wie Sie diese vermeiden können.
