Abstract

Zusammenfassung Jedes Individuum steht unter ständigem Einfluss und nimmt Einfluss auf das Umfeld. Die bewusste und unbewusste Einflussnahme auf andere und deren Hintergrund führen im privaten wie geschäftlichen Kontext dazu, dass die Konsequenzen weitreichende Folgen haben können. Diese fehlende Objektivität oder Befangenheit können die Einflussnehmenden und Beeinflussten nur zu einem geringen Teil ein- und abschätzen. Die vielfältigen Ausprägungen und Möglichkeiten von Befangenheit während des professionellen Einsatzes werden anhand von praktischen Beispielen skizziert und veranschaulicht. Eigene Reflexionen möglicher Indikatoren können anhand der Fragestellungen erarbeitet und beliebig erweitert werden.
