Abstract

Zusammenfassung In der Sozialen Marktwirtschaft kommt dem Staat die Aufgabe zu, eine Wettbewerbsordnung zu schaffen. Der Staat gewinnt seine Stärke gerade daraus, sich nicht in den Privatsektor und in Marktprozesse einzumischen. Eine politisch unabhängige, auf Geldwertstabilität verpflichtete Zentralbank verwehrt dem Staat den Zugriff auf die Geldschöpfung. Auch die Regelungen für ein immer tiefer integriertes Europa folgen dieser Aufteilung. Im politischen Prozess kommt es immer wieder zu Abweichungen von diesem ordnungspolitischen Kurs, die korrigiert werden müssen.
