Abstract

Zusammenfassung Am Beispiel des Güterverkehrs zeigt Dr. Sigrid Nikutta auf, dass und wie mehr Fairness in den Wettbewerb um die besten Lösungen zum Klimawandel eingeführt werden muss. Eine ganzheitliche Betrachtungsweise mit Einpreisung von ökologischen und sozialen Folgekosten auf der einen Seite sowie die Rückbesinnung auf die grundgesetzlich verankerte Eigenverantwortung eines jeden Einzelnen inklusive der Unternehmen selbst als Ansatzpunkt auf der anderen Seite. Neuentwickelte Geschäftsmodelle und Technologiesprünge als Beitrag der Wirtschaft, einheitliche europäische Rahmenbedingungen als Beitrag der Politik sowie ein verantwortungsbewusstes Handeln von Unternehmen und Bürgern werden das Rad zum Rollen bringen, anstatt es neu erfinden zu müssen.
