Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der als Handwerksmeister seit Jahren sehr wirkungsmächtige Präsident der Handwerkskammer zu Köln und des Zentralverbands des Deutschen Handwerks Hans Peter Wollseifer legt seine grundsätzliche – und dabei sehr positive – Einschätzung des für die Bundesrepublik Deutschland seit deren Anbeginn prägende Leitbild der Sozialen Marktwirtschaft dar. Deren Zukunftsfähigkeit hängt dabei jedoch nach seinem Dafürhalten von einem jeweils kontextabhängig sachgerechten Ausgleich zwischen staatlicher Rahmensetzung und privatwirtschaftlicher Initiative ab. Dies dokumentiert er an den beiden auch für die Handwerkswirtschaft aktuell höchst relevanten Bereichen der Energie- und Klimapolitik einerseits sowie der Daten- und Plattformökonomie andererseits.
